I’m Michele Morris, founder of Prairie Hill Herbals LLC, where I practice Vitalist Herbal Medicine to help people restore balance and vitality through nature, nutrition, lifestyle, and herbs.

 

My interest in wellness began early. As a teenager, I experienced my own transformation through nutrition and movement, learning firsthand how deeply the body responds when given what it truly needs. Plants have been part of my life just as long — my family’s roots run through generations of backyard gardeners and farmers on the prairie, and that connection shaped me from the beginning.

 

My deeper dive into herbal medicine began in young adulthood, after the loss of a family member stirred a profound curiosity about natural healing. During this time of my life I was in my career of horticulture, where I learned not only how to grow plants, but how seasons, soil, sunlight, water, and even insects influence a plant’s strength and resilience. Those lessons became the foundation of how I understand the human body today.

 

Every chapter of my life has pointed me toward this work. Through Prairie Hill Herbals LLC, I share what I’ve learned — that nature offers powerful support, and that simple, intentional choices can help the body remember its own vitality.
